We really love this chicken! The video in this post is actually done in the Ninja Foodi. Mix everything together and slowly add the stock in small increments as it thickens. Roasting a chicken in the Ninja Foodi or Instant Pot is easy as easy can be. Don’t cook a frozen chicken in it. The time that happened to me (first time I used the Foodi to cook a bird) it was because I didn’t tie the legs together. Mine did the same thing!
